REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of research compounds, strict cold chain requirements, and the integrity of our quality control processes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

EXCEPTIONS — WHEN WE WILL REPLACE OR REFUND

1. WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

2. PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED

If your product arrives visibly damaged (broken vial, compromised seal), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess on a case-by-case basis.

3. ORDER NEVER ARRIVED

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days after dispatch, contact us at hello@clairlab.ca and we will investigate.

WHAT WE DO NOT REFUND

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Products that have been opened or reconstituted
  • Delays caused by the carrier
