DOMESTIC SHIPPING — CANADA ONLY

Clair Lab ships exclusively within Canada. We do not ship internationally.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders paid via Interac e-Transfer are processed within 1 business hour of payment receipt during business hours.

SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMELINES

• Standard: Canada Post Xpresspost or UPS — estimated 2–5 business days depending on destination
• All shipments include tracking
• Tracking information is emailed upon dispatch

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is available on all orders over $150 CAD.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders under $150 CAD ship for a flat rate of $15 CAD.

PACKAGING

All peptide products are shipped in insulated packaging with appropriate cold packs to maintain temperature integrity during transit.

DISCREET PACKAGING

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No product names or brand references appear on the outside of any shipment.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days, please contact us at hello@clairlab.ca.

TEMPERATURE DISCLAIMER

Store all products at -20°C immediately upon receipt. Clair Lab cannot guarantee temperature integrity once the shipment is in the carrier’s possession.
