1. RESEARCH USE ONLY

All products sold on clairlab.ca are for research use only. Not for human consumption. Not for therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary use. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher purchasing for legitimate research purposes only.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from clairlab.ca. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• Payment is accepted via Interac e-Transfer and cryptocurrency
• Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment
• Clair Lab reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

4. INTERAC E-TRANSFER PAYMENTS

Send payment to payments@clairlab.ca with your order number as the message. Orders are processed within 1 business hour of payment confirmation. Enable auto-deposit where possible.

5. SHIPPING

• We ship within Canada only
• Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier
• Clair Lab is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the nature of research compounds and cold chain requirements, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are considered only in cases where products arrive demonstrably damaged or where the wrong product was shipped.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clair Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased through this website.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
