ORDERING
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Select your payment method — Interac e-Transfer or cryptocurrency. Follow the payment instructions provided at checkout.
How do I pay with Interac e-Transfer?
Send your e-Transfer to payments@clairlab.ca with your order number as the message. Enable auto-deposit if possible. Orders are processed within 1 business hour of payment confirmation.
What cryptocurrencies do you accept?
We accept USDT, USDC, BTC, and ETH. Wallet addresses are provided at checkout.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order. Order as much or as little as you need for your research.
Can I order multiple products?
Yes. Free shipping applies to all orders over $150 CAD.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
Canada only. We do not ship internationally.
How long does shipping take?
2–5 business days depending on your location. We ship via Canada Post Xpresspost and UPS. Tracking is included with every order.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No product names appear on the outside.
Do you ship cold?
Yes. All orders are packaged with insulated materials and cold packs appropriate for the products ordered.
PRODUCTS AND QUALITY
Are your products tested?
Yes. Our products are independently tested by Janoshik Analytical using HPLC and LC-MS methodology. Results are publicly posted on our Lab Results page.
What does “for research use only” mean?
All products sold on clairlab.ca are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes. They are not approved for human consumption, therapeutic use, or veterinary use. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher purchasing for legitimate research purposes.
Do I need bacteriostatic water?
Yes. All lyophilized peptide vials require bacteriostatic water for reconstitution prior to research use. We sell 30ml bacteriostatic water vials separately.
How should I store peptides?
Store lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides at -20°C, away from light and moisture.
RETURNS
Can I return a product?
All sales are final due to the nature of research compounds. Replacements are considered for wrong products received or demonstrably damaged goods. See our Refund Policy for full details.
