Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and the requirements of product integrity and safety, Clair Lab maintains the following refund and return policy.
No Returns on Opened Products
We do not accept returns of opened, used, or reconstituted products under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our supply chain and the safety of all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photo evidence of the damage or incorrect item
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement of the affected item(s)
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund
Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will open an investigation with Canada Post. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or issue a full refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before payment is confirmed. Once payment has been received and the order has been processed, cancellation is not guaranteed. Contact us immediately at the email address on our contact page if you need to cancel.
Unopened Products
Unopened products in their original sealed condition may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to Clair Lab approval. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds for approved returns will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase (Interac e-Transfer or cryptocurrency). Refund processing may take 3–5 business days.
