Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

All Clair Lab orders ship from Ontario, Canada via Canada Post Xpresspost. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed and paid before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

• Ontario: 1 business day
• Quebec, Atlantic Canada: 1–2 business days
• Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 2–3 business days
• Northern Canada (YT, NT, NU): 3–5 business days

These are estimates based on Canada Post Xpresspost service standards. They are not guaranteed delivery times. Delays may occur due to Canada Post volume, weather, or other factors outside Clair Lab’s control.

Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping: $15 CAD flat rate
• Free shipping: Automatically applied on orders over $150 CAD

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. Products are packaged with insulated materials and gel packs to maintain appropriate temperature during transit. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide powders are stable at ambient temperature for shipping but should be stored at −20°C upon receipt.

Tracking

A Canada Post tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment at canadapost.ca.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with Canada Post and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

No International Shipping

At this time, Clair Lab ships within Canada only. We do not ship internationally.

Payment Confirmation Required

Orders are not shipped until payment has been received and confirmed. For Interac e-Transfer, please allow up to 2 business hours for payment confirmation during business hours.
